WATCH: complete “throwback” coverage of our 1st “How To Make a Google-Friendly Website” webinar, hosted by Tawd Frensley – PropertyMinder VP of Sales & Marketing.
Frankly, many of the tips featured and demonstrated still apply. Some (amazing) things never change.
Staying connected to your homeowners (via Seller’s Corner) pays off in 2018.
How?
Case in point: 114 Falcon Ridge, Scotts Valley CA 95066
– Listing Price (2014): $1,140,000 (via Redfin)
– Listing Price (2018): $1,649,000 (via Oak Anchor Homes)
– Property Value Increase: $509,000 in just 4 years.
In a nutshell, $509,000 price increase in 4 years is enough to reach out to your past clients and let them know a thing or two about a thing or two.
Seller’s Corner is your friend, your foundation, your bridge to the land of listings.
Remind them how much their home is worth.
Remind them you have the answers they’re looking for.
They’ll remember you when they’re ready to sell their home.
It’s that simple.

Excerpts and highlights:
“With the AccelerAgent CRM – you don’t need to ask for referrals.
You automatically create referral opportunities by marketing
to the specific needs of people on a personal level.”
“Even Coca-Cola wants to stay in front of people with marketing.
Because as soon as they’re not, there are other options.
They’re trying to corner people and say:
‘We’re the only option, we’ve been an option for you for many
years we still want to be that option, we’re willing to do
whatever it takes to maintain that level of loyalty.’
You have to look at your business the same way. The amount of money you can make by staying in front of these people is substantial.”

We habitually strive to provide our clients with marketing tools and websites to keep your clients engaged.
Over the past year we have made some great strides with our platform with the introduction of our new responsive MLS search, Homebrella, and Seller’s Corner data.
With that being said, after much consideration, we have chosen to remove all default “Switch Utilities” and “Community Information” pages from our website platform.
We understand that these 2 system pages have been a staple of our websites for many years – but they have become a detriment to your personal website. The phone numbers and website links are often incorrect, which sends customers on a wild goose chase.
Please know that we will be more than happy to help you assemble a custom page on your website to replace these former pages. All you will need to do is provide us with the phone numbers and/or links of what you want to add, and we will take care of the rest.

Today we hosted another free webinar in our “WEBSITE AND MARKETING MASTERY” series.
This one is all about maximizing your referrals, home seller and buyer leads, listings, and relationship potential via your CRM (Client Relationship Manager).
Marketing tips, advice, and guidance can be found on our featured Tip Of The Week Archive page.
“With the AccelerAgent CRM – you don’t need to ask for referrals.
You automatically create referral opportunities by marketing to the
specific needs of people on a personal level.”
“There’s no such thing as ‘too organized.’ Don’t send loose, ambiguous emails. Your email marketing needs to have a rhyme and reason.”
“Even Coca-Cola wants to stay in front of people with marketing. Because as soon as they’re not, there are other options. They’re trying to corner people and say: We’re the only option, we’ve been an option for you for many years we still want
to be that option, we’re willing to do whatever it takes to maintain that level of loyalty.
You have to look at your business the same way. The amount of money you can
make by staying in front of these people is substantial.”
“Market to them on a personal level. Provide them info they don’t get from other places.
Your website is a digital version of yourself. And your goal is to get
your clients to come to your website as often as possible.
That’s where the CRM comes into play.
“Grade and rank your contacts A, B, C, D based on referrals –
prioritize who you should be reaching out to,
and staying in contact with on a regular basis.”
“Looking for a reason to invite people to your website? Here’s one.
Invite your homeowners to come to your website and get free
service provider quotes (from your trusted network).
It makes you a little more valuable:
Let me help you out. Have you thought about doing some home improvements?
Here are some of my trusted providers that I have used,
if you want to get some basic pricing – it’s all right here.”
“You can’t make somebody sell. You can’t email somebody and say: Hey, you need to sell your house dude.
That’s not real. But at some point when they make that decision on their
own, you just want to be the person that they think of. That is all that you can do.”
Below is a quick word from my marketing colleague, Andy Coffaro, in addition to an infographic we created on the 7 Least Annoying Ways To Capture Email Addresses (the coveted home seller emails, in particular). Take it away, Andy:
“There’s arguably nothing more important to your real estate marketing campaigns than collecting high-quality leads via email signups. It’s pretty simple: If you don’t capture email addresses, you can’t keep your funnel jam-packed with high-quality leads that eventually convert to home buyers and sellers.
Snagging emails isn’t as tough as you might think, however, and while there’s a myriad of ways to do so, these are generally considered to be seven of the best methods for capturing them.
Let’s dig in, and make sure to contact us today if you need help with any of the following strategies below.”
