1.1 Customer Lead Data (PropertyMinder)

When using PropertyMinder websites, visitor and lead information (such as names, contact details, inquiries, and IDX search activity) may be collected through those websites and delivered directly to the customer who owns the website.

Trend Software acts solely as a service provider in this context. We do not sell or resell lead data. Customers are solely responsible for how they use, store, and disclose lead data and for complying with applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, TCPA, and CCPA.

1.2 Mobile Application Data

Trend Software mobile applications are designed to allow professional users to access accounts, manage services, and promote listings. Trend Software mobile applications on iOS and Android operate in the same manner and follow identical data handling practices, regardless of platform.

The mobile applications:

  • Do not collect new personal data beyond what is necessary for authentication and service delivery
  • Do not collect or store MLS data, which is already associated with the user’s account
  • Do not use advertising identifiers
  • Do not display third-party ads

For technical operation and security purposes only, the app may process limited information such as:

  • IP address
  • Device type and operating system
  • Login status and purchase status

This information is processed primarily to operate the app and provide the Services and may be used in a limited manner for internal analytics related to app performance, security, and reliability. It is not used for advertising, profiling, resale, or tracking across apps or services.
