  I just wanted to send you a quick note to thank you so   much. I just started my business last November. I'm   from Ohio so I do not have a sphere around this area.   I was doing open home after open home and floor time whenever I had a chance. It didn't matter what I did or said to anyone. It was like pulling teeth to get their personal information. All I was looking for was a name and number so I could get back to them. People just do not like giving out that information anymore.   Most of my website leads came from flyers in signage   brochure boxes, the website identified on signs, my   suggestion to buyers to sign on to the website, calling   on ads for my listings and from mentioning the site during open houses. So far, I have 192 clients registered in the system. A number of these are old clients who I transferred over from another website that wasn't working very effectively. The more important statistic is that 81 have been using active searches just during the past 2 months. I have had 19 new clients register ON THEIR OWN during the past 5 weeks. I have also entered roughly 10 of my own contacts during this time frame.
Properties found by my clients from the searches have resulted in 3 sales in the past 6 months. Two of the sales also resulted in listing of the buyer's homes, which will close soon. One of the clients has a number of active searches, since he has two kids in college - he wants to buy condos for them. He comes from a family of 8 siblings and has said on a number of occasions that I will be the "family RealtorR". There are also about a dozen buyers with whom I have regular contact (ranging from almost daily to weekly). This group watches the results of their searches like hawks and frequently asks to see the property. There is definite future business embedded in this group. Additionally, I have had 3 requests for CMA's during the past 3 months. I'll be seeing the latest of these tomorrow.
